My most recent Mulranny Wedding Film was shot on a (mostly) warm and sunny day in the first week of July. It started at Suzanne's house where she and the girls were in good spirits getting ready for the big day and I had the pleasure of running into photographer Gary Barrett of http://www.garybarrettphoto.com/ again. I have worked with Gary a good few times over the years when he finds himself down in this part of the country.

The ceremony was at the Church of the Holy Rosary in Castlebar, and I arrived as usual an hour before the ceremony in order to give me the twenty minutes or so time I need to set up my cameras and audio for filming of the ceremony. I like working in the church, not just because it is close to home although that helps, but there is a lot of space for me to shoot from a distance and around corners so that I can be as unobtrusive as possible during the ceremony which is the way I like to work.

It was then onto Mulranny for the photoshoot. We went down to the beach at the golf course where Gary set up some shots with the couple and the bridal party in the warm sun. It was great to hang out with Suzanne and Rory and their friends during this time as they were so relaxed and easygoing and friendly.

Onto Mulranny Park Hotel for the reception and another popular venue that I film a lot in. It's great to work here due to the professionalism of the staff, especially Asta the wedding coordinator who is very helpful and friendly all the time.

It was a pleasure to work with Suzanne and Rory on their big day and create their five minute highlight wedding film for them and I hope you enjoy the wedding film as much as they did.
